1. 1 love hot sauce on almost anything. 

2. Smiling dogs melt my heart.

3. I always look for positivity in all situations, especially the tough ones- resilience is my middle name.


How fitness has changed things for me: My self-awareness and confidence have improved drastically and I'm ultimately making better choices all around now I feel proud of and more connected to my body. I have definitely become a better human since I started taking care of my body 


My classes are: Empowering, dynamic yet soothing for the soul.
